Arrival at Coco Hotel: We do not require our guests to present any documentation related to covid-19 at check-in, however, in our café, we do.
Face mask in common areas: According the latest update of covid-19 restrictions in Denmark face masks are no longer required in hotels and restaurants. However, face masks are available, free of charge, at the reception.
We encourage our guests to practice social distancing, and to wash their hands and use hand sanitizer regularly.
Requirements in our café: When seated in Coco Café, we ask our guests to present one of the following:
- a negative covid test, taken less than 72 hours before
- documentation of completed vaccination against covid-19
- evidence of testing positive for covid-19 during the last six months.
We will ask our guests to show this every time they sit down in the café, meaning that our guests may need to take a new test once, or numerous times, during their stay at the hotel. The nearest test center is close by the hotel. Please ask the reception for directions or see information below.
Café Coco's courtyard: We do not ask our guests to show any form of covid-19 documentation while seated outside. This applies to our seating area in front of the hotel as well as inside our courtyard.
All covid-19 tests (PCR-test and quick-test) are free of charge.
A guest who holds a Danish residency, may register for testing on Coronaprover.dk. For quick-tests no pre-booking is needed.
A guest who does not reside in Denmark, must register on Covidresults.dk, in order to receive a written result by e-mail.
