RECEPTION & CHECK IN / OUT
Our reception is open 24 hours every day. Check-in is at 15.00 and check-out is at 11.00. Late check-out is available upon request for an additional charge. You can reach the reception on +45 3321 2166 (phone or Whatsapp)
LUGGAGE
We can store your luggage safely, at your own risk, in our locked luggage room. Upon request and availability. Please ask the reception for assistance.
ADAPTORS
Our reception has a selection of plugs and adaptors you can borrow free of charge.
NO SMOKING
Thank you for not smoking in your room. All in-door areas at the hotel are no smoking areas. Smoking in the no smoking areas will result in a fine of 2.000 DKK.
CREDIT CARDS
We accept the following international cards at Coco: American Express, Diners Club, EuroCard, MasterCard, Visa and JBC. We also accept Dankort, Maestro and Visa Electron. Credit card fees may occur. Please check with the reception for information on fees.

SNACKBAR
All rooms feature an all-organic snackbar. For environmental purposes, most rooms do not have fridges. We will happily store your items in a fridge if needed. To have ice brought to your room, simply call or Whatsapp the reception on +45 3321 2166.
WE SORT YOUR WASTE
Waste is a resource that can be reused. Please leave paper, cardboard, plastic and bottles next to the trash bin, and we will take care of it.
COFFEE
At Coco we enjoy good coffee. For that reason we do not have coffee facilities in each room. Instead, you can order a well made cup of coffee at Café Coco. Should you require a kettle in your room, this is available upon request.
STEAMERS / IRONING BOARD
We provide steamers for our guests to use free of charge. Please contact the reception if you need an iron and ironing board.
OUR SERVICES
BIKE RENTAL
Copenhagen is one of the best cities in the world to experience by bike, even if you are not an experienced biker. You can rent a bike with us for 185 DKK for a whole day (upon availability).
BUSINESS CENTER
If you need anything printed, copied, scanned, faxed or sent, our reception can help you.
PARKING
If you need parking, we recommend Q-Park Codan Hus, 350 meters from Coco. The price is 180 DKK per day for guests at Coco. When you arrive to the parking house, please draw a ticket at the entrance (do not pay by credit card) and bring the ticket to the reception. From the reception you will receive a voucher in exchange for the ticket, which you can use as payment in the parking house when departing. The parking bill will be added to your reservation and paid upon check-out.
DRY CLEANING
It is possible to have your clothes cleaned or washed. If you leave it at the reception before 08.00 it will be returned the same day in the afternoon. Please note that this service comes with a fee and is not available on Sundays and public holidays.
RENT A STROLLER
Leave the stroller and heavy luggage at home when you travel to Copenhagen. With our partner Easygoing, you can rent quality gear and get it delivered directly to the reception.

At Coco Café guests are offered our scandinavian take on the Petit Dejeuner. We serve freshly baked goods and great coffee along with juice, eggs, yoghurt, cinnamon rolls etc., to suit your morning cravings.

Located just a short walk from Copenhagen Central Station, Coco Hotel is very easy to find. If you are arriving in Copenhagen Airport, just take the train, metro or bus to Copenhagen Central Station, find your way to Vesterbrogade (the main street right next to the station) and walk a couple of hundred meters to the hotel at Vesterbrogade 41.

If you have booked your stay directly through our website, you become a Friend of Coco. This means that we go even further to make your stay enjoyable. As a friend of ours you will be taken extra good care of when visiting the restaurants, and get a 15% discount for up to 8 guests on the entire bill. The restaurants are popular and often booked weeks in advance, however for a friend of ours we do our best to find you a table somewhere, even if it's last minute.
Want to exercise?
The luxurious Studio41 Pilates, right next door to Coco, offers pilates and yoga classes (group or single). As a guest at Coco you get 20% discount during your stay. Book in advance via info@studio41pilates.com or via the reception at Coco.
A little further down the street you'll find Vesterbronx Gym, a well equipped modern gym designed in true New Yorker style. As a guest at Coco you can buy a day pass for only 60 DKK during your stay. You can buy the day pass in the reception.
What's happening at Coco?
Every Friday and Saturday we have our favorite local DJs playing vinyl records from 18.00-22.00, setting the perfect mood for a Friday or Saturday night in lively Copenhagen. It's always a great vibe!
